DENI UTE MUSTER REVS UP FOR 2015

Details of the ever-popular annual Deni Ute Muster have been released for the 2015 event.

With a playlist boasting some of the biggest Aussie rock anthems of the past few years Birds of Tokyo will play on the main stage. Following two acclaimed albums, the indie band's self-titled third studio release spent over eight months in the Australian Top 20 and was certified double platinum.

Event favourites The Sunny Cowgirls will return to perform and take the reigns as festival MCs, sharing inside information and tips for ensuring a knockout Muster experience. The talented sisters Sophie and Celeste Clabburn will take to the main stage for their own performance.

Event rookies and runners up on 2012’s Australia’s Got Talent, The Wolfe Brothers will also perform. The band released their debut album, It is On, in January 2013, and have been touring and playing to sell-out crowds across the country as special guests on Lee Kernaghan’s Beautiful Noise Tour over the past two years.

In its first year in 1999, the event attracted about 5,000 people and set a new Guinness World Record for the most number of legally paraded utes at 2,839 – a record which still stands today. The event has gone on to become the region’s biggest tourist drawcard and a “bucket list” celebration of all things Australian.

The 2015 Deni Ute Muster is proudly supported by the NSW Government through Destination NSW. It will be held Friday October 2 and Saturday 3 October 2015 at Conargo Road Deniliquin.
